Preferred skills
- Extensive senior management experience in the aged care sector, with demonstrated skills and knowledge in strategic planning, financial management, quality improvement, risk management, and governance.
- A degree qualification in health, business administration, human services management, or related field. Current registration as a registered nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- A sound understanding of the current and emerging issues, trends, and challenges in the aged care sector, and the ability to respond and adapt to changing needs and expectations.
