General Manager – Aged and Disability Services

The General Manager is accountable for leading the management team and providing strategic direction to create opportunities for future business growth and operational efficiencies.

  3. Budget and cost management
  4. Quality & safety compliance
  5. Policy development and direction
  6. Systems and process improvement
  7. Mentoring, team leadership and development

Operational Responsibility for the day to day administration of a long established company providing aged and disability support services to a range of individual clients and business partners. The business operates in a fast paced and demanding environment and is experiencing exponential growth.

This excellent position is an executive level management role with a high level of autonomy and would suit an experienced Aged and Disability Services senior manager looking for a leadership career opportunity with an established company in the sector.
