GM Finance – NDIS & Community – RTO & Agency – Strathfield NSW

This high level role will appeal to an experienced General Manager Finance with key knowledge of financial drivers within the Home Care and Disability sectors, with expertise in data analysis, forecasts, monitoring and review processes. Strengths will include the ability to implement business plans optimising strategic growth in the business. This position will be pivotal in the business structure, aligning business processes, efficient workflows and fueling potential growth. Essential experience in setting up Government funding programs is a must, as is a comprehensive understanding of claiming and grant processes.

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comprehension of business processes, reviews, emerging technologies
  • Experience in IT Technology e.g. Procura, MS Office, MYOB and Payroll processes
  • Provide objective and relevant market analysis
  • Ability to balance competing business priorities
  • Experience in internal auditing
  • Knowledge of Home Care, CHSP and NDIS Guidelines
  • Experience in setting up Government funding programs


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Economics
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Finance Management
  • Experience in NDIS and Community Services Sector
  • MYOB/ Payroll system experience
